About Us
Maila
I was born and raised in a creative and craftsman family and was gifted with great empathy and high sensitivity. I am the proud mother of a boy (2007) and a girl (2009) and together with my partner we live in the place where the Thun Lake and the Niesen meet in a poetic way.
Even at young age, I had the deep heartfelt desire to meet people through art and to create a space of enrichment and awareness together. After my near-death

experience in 2002, my heart's desires and my perceptions sharpened greatly. Since then I have lived consciously, purely plant-based and lived my truth by doing what I love and following my heart. That's what I want for everyone. By studying to become a holistic art therapist, my aim is to offer expectant and new parents, as well as younger and older people, space and time to meet themselves in a deeper connection and mindfulness through art. Joy and healing are allowed to arise and take their form in art.
"Art is the interface where past and future meet and new paths can emerge."

Tobias

The Waldorf educational experience that I grew up with allows me to easily connect with, perceive and respond to people and their specific needs. In this way, I developed a deep connection to nature and an appreciation for creativity.
I came into contact with Buddhism early in my life and became fascinated by the teachings and practices of this spiritual tradition. Buddhist philosophy has influenced
my thoughts and actions and has also helped shape me into an empathetic and socially committed person.
In September 2022 I decided to complete training in Buddhist psychology. This decision was an important step for me to deepen my understanding of the human psyche and support people on their path to inner growth and well-being.
This year I finally made the switch to social work. My passion for interpersonal relationships and my desire to help others led me to pursue a career in this field. I firmly believe that every person deserves the opportunity to develop their full potential and lead a fulfilling life.
